In regard to the World No Tobacco Day, Bharath Hospital & Institute of Oncology (BHIO) in association with Red FM, initiated a campaign named “Stop it, it’s time!” urging how tobacco usage harms health and overall wellbeing. As part of the campaign a mobile vehicle was launched at the BHIO premises by Dr. Venkatesh, District Health Officer, Mysuru. Dr. AN Prakash Gowda, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mysuru and Dr. M.S. Vishveshwara, Chief Radiation Oncologist & Medical Superintendent Bharath Hospital & Institute of Oncology were present at the event.
